Tell us more about your wedding. Is there a great proposal story? How did you choose your location? Any DIY tips? What else would you want everyone to know about your wedding?
Our wedding was easy. Yes, I said easy. We kept things minimal, we had the best venue we could have had (it was gorgeous and we hardly needed decorations), and we made sure to not get swept up in the little details. The ceremony was 18 1/2 minutes long according to a friend. That wasn't surprising as we wanted to keep it short and sweet.
What was your experience with Adore?
Better than I ever could have imagined! The help and support in finding a dress that I felt beautiful and comfortable in was so wonderful.
Are there any vendors that stood out to you as top notch? Who and Why?
Our photographer, Lauren Winterbotham. Her personality and attitude are second to none.

Ambrosis Salon from Ottawa came to the venue to do hair

We had a cute cake from Sugar Mama's Bakery in Normal, donuts from The Donut Experiment in Bloomington, and pizza from Joe's Stationhouse in Streator.
